Welcome to Landshape.org

I have been an amateur meteorologist for many years, and I really enjoy recording weather events. I also take an active interest and have studied physical sciences, such as physics and astronomy. I am Australian born and raised, and currently live in Sydney.

I want to share my knowledge and experience especially since weather events are becoming more extreme more often. I hope to help society and shed some light on weather and climate events. My goal is to make this blog a reliable and trustworthy source of information based on my experience, scientific background, and thorough research.

you’ll find on Landshape.org

When I was looking around for information on a certain climate-related topic, I discovered how hard it was to find satisfying answers. When I saw that, I wanted to do something about it. The articles I want to post will be of interest to a wide variety of people. Even though I have a scientific background and include it in my posts, I want to keep it interesting and accessible as well. You will find information about the following things.

  • New climate theories. You probably know something about global warming and the greenhouse effect. Temperatures rise, as well as sea levels. Weather conditions become more severe. It is something that affects us all. Scientists continue to discover new intricacies and what seemed to be unimportant now appears to have greater effects. I will discuss some of them. It gives insight into the way our planet works.
  • Solar science predictions. Especially in our part of the world, concerns about the power of the sun and the effects it has on our health are very big. We love our skin and of course, we want to protect it. We also want to have a healthy tan. But sun rays can also make us sick and even kill us in the long run. How does the sun work and what protection mechanisms does the earth have?
  • Climate observations. As mentioned, weather conditions seem to go to bigger and bigger extremes. These extremes are dangerous for our health, lives, livelihoods, and material possessions. There is little we can do to curb the elements, but we can take precautions. How can we do that and what kind of climate dangers might we encounter in our area?
  • Meteorology. I’m a fervent amateur meteorologist. I like to share my passion with you and explain how you can enjoy this hobby too.

These are just some examples of things I will be writing about. Whatever is related to climate, weather, and can appear here. I always endeavour to include practical tips and suggestions.

Our blog

The Writer

I am the writer of all the content. I do thorough research before posting anything and I make sure to compare it with the newest and most modern scientific discoveries. As an amateur meteorologist, I have gained a broad knowledge of weather and scientific topics. As many are trying to navigate the weather events of today, I feel that I am in a position to help them with some of their questions.

Editorial Team

Editing is equally important as writing. I have made efforts to include a network of editors with similar interests and areas of expertise. They proofread and fact-check my articles. My writing combined with their editing is meant to provide articles that are of the highest quality. High-quality and accurate content is a priority for me.
